The ordering process is very simple.
Giving an accurate price for restoring your photograph is not possible without seeing what work is needed to restor yourphotograph properly. If you are able to scan the picture yourself, just attach it to an email* and send to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a firm price by return (details of the ideal settings for your scan can be found here). If you are unable to scan the picture yourself, send it using signed-for or registered post, with your contact details to: Photo Resurrections, 17 The Chestnuts, Sayers Common, Hassocks, West Sussex BN6 9XJ.
Once we have received your photograph(s), either as scan(s) or through the post, we will send you an estimate of the cost of the work to be done. If you are happy with the charge quoted, we will send an invoice for you to pay via Paypal or Credit or Debit Card. Payment is asked for when ordering but will be returned if you are not satisfied with the proof result .If you do not want to use either of these methods of payment we will send you details to make a direct bank transfer. Whichever way you decide to pay, once we have received your payment we will proceed with the restoration of your photograph(s) and send you watermarked proof(s) of the finished result. If you mailed your photograph, we will have to charge for return postage if you decide not to go ahead with the restoration.
If you agree to have the work done we will do it and send you a watermarked proof of the restored photograph. If you are happy with it we will send the finished result to you as either an email attachment for you to print yourself or an actual printed version if you would prefer it.
